card for mom to be

hello! happy monday to you...my friend Beca and her hubby found out that they are expecting bundle of joy number two....so i just had to make her a card. ;o) i picked up the "new arrival" cricut cartridge on friday on sale for 39$ at AC Moore! it is really a cute cartridge...has the most adorable lil' monkey ever!!! and it has a cute flower and butterfly, so even if you don't have kids in your life i think it's still worth having...although i am admittedly a cartridge hoarder, so maybe not! LOL i crack me up. ;o)anyhoo i also used the paisley cuttlebug embossing folder i picked up friday too...i LOVE it!!! the border punch is Martha Stewart...i think it's called doily lace...well thanks for taking a lil' look-see at my card...i hope you have a fabulous day!!!!

card made for "my pink stamper's" challenge

the challenge was to take a product that you "HAD TO HAVE" at one point and use it. for me that product was this stamp set! i got this all the way back in 1999 and honestly i think i used it once (do you do that to? sigh)...so it was neat to dig this set out and actually use it...

i used the "Stand and Salute" cricut cartride to cut the scalloped edge. LOVE THAT CARTRIDE! this is just a really simple halloween card...i added diamond stickles to the spiderwebs and edges of my stamped letters...anyhoo, thanks for lookin! i hope you're having a great day!

"Hello Kitty Greetings" cards

Hello everyone!!! i hope your week is off to a great start! it is yet another gloomy/stormy day here in Jacksonville Florida...so to counteract the gloom i made a couple cheery cards today! (take that gloomy day!)

i can not believe i waited sooooooooooooooo long to buy the "hello kitty greetings" cricut cartridge!!! it is absolutely chock full of adorable images! if you do not own this cartridge i HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting it!

to make these cards i used the "fit to page" button to make them as big as my cricut expression would let me...they're a pretty decent size...the CAR card cut at 4.5 inches...the CHERRY card cut at 6.25 inches...the sentiment inside the CAR card is "just driving by to say hi"...the sentiment in the CHERRY card is "cherry good wishes"...the bling on the cherry card is "diamond" stickles

well i hope i have inspired you to get out your cricut and play with "hello kitty greetings"...or if you don't have it...inspired you to go pick it up! i know, i know...i am the worst ENABLER ever! hahaha.

HAPPY MONDAY TO YOU ALL!!!
